I have over 30 years of physiotherapy experience in back, neck and shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, foot and ankle issues, and many other conditions (headaches, dizziness, TMJ, abdominal pain), but am fascinated by the impact of our organs encased within our trunk on our abilities. I believe that all strategies need to be realistic and tailored.
I specialise in conditions like:
- Auto-immune issues
- Hypermobility (and its growing link with neurodiversity)

Sports have always been a big part of my life. I’ve played golf since 12 and later pursued running and CrossFit.
With a background in Biology, Marine Biology, and nutrition, I now specialize in complementary therapies, working with top athletes (largely boxing and golfing) and enhancing my skills through continuous education.

I completed my Personal Training and Nutrition and Weight Management qualifications and have been delighted to be motivating others to be a better version of themselves through my 1:1 and circuit sessions.
As a woman in her early 50s, I have had first-hand experience of how it can develop both body and mind. After a long career in primary education, I reignited my interest and enthusiasm for improving wellbeing through physical exercise and nutrition. I believe combining a personalised exercise programme with healthy food choices will enhance your fitness and overall wellbeing.

With over 13 years in fitness and wellbeing, I’m qualified in Pilates, Personal Training, and Strength and Conditioning, with a background in elite athletics. My passion for teaching grew while managing fitness programs at Queen's University, Belfast, helping individuals of all levels improve their physical and mental health.

Yoga has been a huge part of my life for about 13 years. I originally started yoga when I was in a dark place with my mental health. It was the best thing I could have done for myself. I decided to take myself to India to complete an intense course to become a yoga teacher—what better place than the birthplace of yoga. And what an enlightening journey it was.
I believe yoga is for everyone, suitable for all levels. Flexibility is a journey, not perfection. Leave feeling lighter in your heart.

Since graduating from Queen Margaret University in 2011, I’ve worked in private practice, drawn to the ever-evolving challenges of podiatry.
I love the podiatry profession—I love how footcare is always evolving and the challenges that come with it. There’s always a new way to approach something or a new skill to learn, which is what makes being part of the team so exciting.
Outside of work, I’m a busy mom, often found on a football pitch or at the latest play park with my young family.

With two decades of experience leading programs in the public and third sectors, I understand the pressures of professional success. It was through working with an amazing coach that I was inspired to train in coaching, somatic healing, NLP, and hypnotherapy—offering a powerful set of tools to unlock old thoughts, habits, and behaviours.
I've helped individuals—largely small business owners—discover their true value, guiding them to take bold, positive actions to live life to the fullest. I believe everyone has the power to create the life they desire. Let me help you shift gears and reach your goals.

About Me: I found Pilates + Yoga 13 years ago having suffered chronic back pain causing me to give up my career as a beautician. After a consistent regular practice it then made sense for me to train as an instructor 10 years ago as it was the only method that reduced my pain. Shortly after, I became a yoga instructor as I loved the mindfulness aspect of mind body connection and the relaxing feeling that came with it. It has evolved me as a person mentally as well as physically.

I offer services such as:
- Back Neck and shoulders - to reduce headaches and improve concentration
- Full body massages - muscle recovery and relaxation
- Reflexology - activates the body's natural abilities to heal
- Indian Head Massage - strain reduction and energy renewal
- Lymphatic drainage - detox and immune strength
- Sports - recovery, injury prevention, and preparation for activities
- Pregnancy - comfort and relief
- Hot Stone - inflammation reduction, balance, comfort, and tissue recovery.
And more.
