Integrated Functional Physiotherapist (Trauma-informed Practitioner)

I have  over 30 years  physiotherapy experience in back, neck and shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, foot and ankle issues, and many other conditions (headaches, dizziness, TMJ, abdominal pain), but am fascinated by the impact of our organs encased within our trunk on our abilities. I believe that all strategies need to be realistic and tailored.


I specialise in conditions like:

  • auto-immune issues,

  • hypermobility (and its growing link with neurodiversity).

Sports have always been a big part of my life. I’ve played golf since 12 and later pursued running and CrossFit.

After a long career in primary education, I reignited my interest and enthusiasm for improving wellbeing through physical exercise and nutrition. I decided to take myself to India to do a very intense course to become a yoga teacher. What better place to do this than the birth place of yoga. And what a enlightening journey it was.

Tricia Murray

Tricia is a certified yoga teacher specialising in yoga that makes you feel good - working on energy - that includes yoga that make you feel energised and yoga to help you feel calm. 


Her approach is nurturing and supportive yet powerful, meaning at times you're encouraged to challenge yourself.  Tricia has over 10 years of dedicated personal yoga practice.  

These classes are designed to welcome every body—not just the stereotypical “yogi.”   You’ll find a fully inclusive space with plenty of adaptations and options, so beginners, returners, and anyone feeling unsure are genuinely welcome.

That said, inclusive doesn’t mean “easy.” You’ll gently be encouraged to challenge yourself—always within your own range of movement and comfort. You’re invited to explore what feels good, empowering, and right for you.

A typical class will include awareness, breathwork, gentle stretching, sun salutations and then a yoga sequence with an aim in mind, finishing off with relaxation.

Circuits Class- Lesley

After a break from exercise and in preparation for my first ski holiday I started Dianne’s circuits class which I enjoyed so decided that I would also benefit from personal training and signed up for a 12 week block. I really enjoyed the sessions and felt stronger every week. Dianne managed to encourage me while also pushing me to do more than  I’ve managed before. Fast forward to the ski holiday and not only did I learn to ski and have a great time but my body felt strong and coped with 6 full days of skiing. I’ve signed up for another block to improve my running and I am looking forward to seeing what I can achieve.
