Setting up my own sports coaching business 10 years ago and having found massage and manual therapies to be extremely useful as an endurance athlete I added body, hot stones and indian head massage to my skill set which I now enjoy providing on Tuesday's 1pm - 7pm at the Wellness Barn Edinburgh.
I also offer 1:2:1 or small group self myofascial release sessions where we will aim to feel the resistance from the equipment provided for you to:
increase your joint range of motion
decrease the soft tissue tension including the fascia
reduce delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) post exercise
alleviate stress, anxiety and reduce symptoms of depression.
