Cupping
Cupping was designed to reduce stagnancy and aid recovery by increasing circulation and increase fascial flexibility or "energy". The cups can be used to slide and glide layers of tissue or held statically by lifting, stretching and creating space within the body.
This ancient manual therapy was normally only one aspect of the Traditional Chinese Medicine approach to balance a person's energy. Bamboo or glass cups were originally used, but have largely been replaced by plastic for safety purposes.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a form of therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet or hands, which are believed to correspond to different organs and systems in the body, thus promoting overall health and balance.
Reflexology may not be appropriate for individuals with certain health conditions, such as foot injuries, infections, or severe circulatory issues. Pregnant women, individuals with diabetes, and those with blood clotting disorders should be discussed with the practitioner before undergoing reflexology.

Thai Massage
Thai massage is a traditional healing practice that is practised with fully-clothed.
It combines acupressure, yoga-like movement, and deep tissue manipulation to promote relaxation and energy flow through the rolling, stretching and myofascial work that characterises this style of massage.

Circuits Class- Lesley
After a break from exercise and in preparation for my first ski holiday I started Dianne’s circuits class which I enjoyed so decided that I would also benefit from personal training and signed up for a 12 week block. I really enjoyed the sessions and felt stronger every week. Dianne managed to encourage me while also pushing me to do more than I’ve managed before. Fast forward to the ski holiday and not only did I learn to ski and have a great time but my body felt strong and coped with 6 full days of skiing. I’ve signed up for another block to improve my running and I am looking forward to seeing what I can achieve.
